How we handle contact details, vehicle information, and damage photographs shared through this website.
Information you choose to share
The enquiry form asks for your name, a phone number or email address so we can reply, and a short description of the damage. Vehicle details are optional. You may also choose to attach damage photographs. Please do not submit insurance policy documents, payment details, government identification, or other sensitive information. Avoid including faces, license plates, or unrelated personal details in your photos.
Why the information is used
Information submitted through the form is used to respond to your request, discuss your vehicle, and arrange potential repair services. Submitting the form does not authorize repair work or subscribe you to marketing. If online requests are unavailable, the form is disabled and no request is sent.
Service providers and photos
The website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify Forms processes enquiries, filters spam, stores submitted information, and sends the shop email notifications containing your message and links to any uploaded photographs. Photos are validated, resized, and re-encoded to remove embedded metadata before submission. Photo links can be accessed by people who receive them; please avoid including faces, license plates, or sensitive documents. We do not use submitted photos in our project gallery without permission.
Storage and retention
Enquiries and uploaded photos are stored in the shop’s Netlify Forms account and may remain in the shop’s email system. Access and retention are managed by the shop and its service providers. Repair-related communications may be retained as needed to respond to you and maintain business records. Contact the shop to ask about information associated with your request.
Vehicle damage selections
If you use the vehicle guide, we temporarily remember the selected vehicle area and damage type in this browser tab so you do not have to repeat them in the form. The selection expires after two hours. Your name, contact details, description, and photos are not saved in browser storage by this feature. The form remains available if browser storage is blocked.
Technical information and analytics
The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request time, and server errors to operate and protect the website. No third-party advertising or analytics scripts are installed in the current website. Conversion events are available locally for future integration; they contain only an event name and page path, with no form contents. When enabled, Turnstile processes browser and device information for fraud prevention.

Links to Google Maps, Google’s business listing, and KARTUM take you to separate websites. Their own privacy practices apply when you use those services.
