Insurance & repair guidance
How do I start an estimate?

Use the estimate form to send your contact details, a description of the damage, and optional photos. You can also call (310) 304-0004 Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. An in-person assessment may be needed before an estimate can be provided.

Can I get help understanding the insurance process?

Your insurer can explain coverage, deductibles, and claim requirements. Ask our team what repair information is needed for your claim. Carrier acceptance, direct coordination, and any other assistance should be confirmed with the shop.

How long will repairs take?

Timing depends on the damage, parts availability, the agreed scope, and any insurance approvals. Ask for an estimated timeline after the vehicle has been assessed; it may change if additional damage is found.
